Privacy Policy

Binder Finder ("we", "us") is operated by Binder Finder Inc. This policy explains what we collect and why. Questions: otto.barbalho@binderfindertcg.com.

What we collect

• Account and sign-in. Your email address and the identity from Google or Apple sign-in. Vendors and show-runners may also provide a display name, bio, and social handles (for example, Instagram).
• Location. With your permission, your device's approximate GPS location, used only to sort card shows by distance from you. You can decline, and the app still works using a city you pick.
• Your activity. Wishlists, vendors you follow, and any feedback or reports you submit.
• Vendor inventory. Cards a vendor uploads (via CSV) to list at a show.
• Technical data. Standard device and usage information needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it

To provide the service. That means matching the cards you want to vendors at a show, sorting shows by distance, syncing your wishlist, and sending sign-in (magic-link) emails. We do not sell your personal data.

Service providers

• Google Firebase. Authentication, database, hosting, and backend (data stored in Canada).
• Scrydex. Card catalog and pricing data.
• Resend. Sending transactional and sign-in emails.

Retention and your choices

We keep your data until you delete your account. You can request access to or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us. Deleting your account removes your profile, wishlist, and follows.

Children

Binder Finder is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
